We're looking for a contract Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing and creative teams for a 6-month engagement, up to 35 hours per week. This is an execution-focused role built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments — you keep projects tight, teams aligned, and deadlines met. No noise. Just results.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Directly accountable to the Marketing team for project outcomes Owns their work — this role doesn't wait to be managed Measured on the team's ability to move fast, stay organized, and deliver Expected to bring urgency and solutions, not problems
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage creative project timelines across design, video, photography, and copy Maintain project tracking in Wrike, including task assignments, deadlines, and status updates Coordinate intake and briefing of new creative requests from marketing stakeholders Track revisions and approvals to keep projects moving through the workflow Communicate project status to relevant team members and flag timeline risks early Support asset organization and delivery at the end of each project
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in creative project management, production coordination, or creative operations Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent) Working knowledge of creative production across design, video, and copy Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) This position description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position.
