We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and motivated Project Manager to work directly with company leadership on a variety of administrative, business, and special projects. This is a great opportunity for a current grad student or recent graduate who wants real-world business experience and meaningful responsibility . What You'll Do Manage administrative and special projects from start to finish. Research questions and find answers independently . Help solve problems and develop practical solutions. Track deadlines, projects, and follow-ups. Organize documents, spreadsheets, and information. Communicate with team members, vendors, and outside organizations. Help create systems and processes that improve organization and efficiency. Provide project updates and follow through on outstanding items. What We're Looking For We want someone who is: Extremely organized Resourceful and proactive A strong problem solver Detail-oriented A great communicator Comfortable researching and finding answers Able to work independently Reliable and excellent at following up Comfortable learning new software and systems Qualifications Strong computer and organizational skills.
