Position Type:
Full-Time | Field-Based / On the Road Servco Restoration Solutions is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to support our growing Raleigh market. This is a field-based position responsible for overseeing restoration and reconstruction projects throughout Raleigh and the surrounding areas.
Please note:
Servco does not currently have a physical office in the Raleigh region. This position will work primarily in the field and requires regular travel to project sites, customer properties, and other locations throughout the assigned territory. Responsibilities Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assignment through completion Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, materials, and inspections Maintain regular communication with homeowners, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and internal team members Monitor job schedules, budgets, costs, and overall profitability Review project scopes and estimates to ensure work is completed according to plan Conduct regular job site visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and job updates Identify and communicate necessary change orders or supplemental work Coordinate required permits and inspections Review subcontractor work for quality and completion Work closely with estimating, mitigation, accounting, and operations teams Address project concerns and resolve customer or production issues Ensure projects are properly documented and closed out upon completion Qualifications Previous project management, construction, restoration, or related experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction processes and project coordination Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills Comfortable managing project budgets, job costs, and schedules Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to travel regularly throughout Raleigh and surrounding areas Insurance restoration and estimating software experience is a plus Why Work at Servco?
