Senior SAP Project Manager Full-time | Onsite | Garner, NC (Onsite 5 days/week) USC | GH Holder | NO C2C Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager / PMO Lead to oversee critical enterprise SAP initiatives across both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors and integration partners, and ensuring successful delivery of complex business and IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background leading SAP transformation programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions. rollout while supporting a stable ECC environment. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide SAP projects and programs from planning through execution and post-go-live support Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies Support ongoing

transformation efforts, including future plant deployments Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders Ensure alignment between business priorities and implementation strategy Oversee testing cycles, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and stabilization efforts Maintain executive-ready reporting, dashboards, status updates, and project documentation Drive issue resolution and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups Mentor project team members and help strengthen PMO processes and standards Identify continuous improvement opportunities across delivery practices and systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Background supporting both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments 8+ years of project management experience leading large-scale IT or ERP initiatives Proven experience managing SAP projects, including
