We are proud to offer Subject Matter Expertise in manned and unmanned aviation systems. Position Summary Ataero is seeking a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to provide senior-level

USN/USMC PMA

program-office operations, process management, executive support, and contractor-team leadership. The position provides daily oversight of junior contractor personnel while supporting cross-PMA requirements, taskers, briefings, program documentation, and process-improvement activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide daily oversight and coordination for junior contractor personnel. Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data related to PMA programs. Track program/project status, milestones, requirements, and schedules. Develop, maintain, and execute processes supporting cross-PMA functions and teams. Identify and implement process-improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional requirements and deliverables. Draft and coordinate responses to Government taskers. Prepare and coordinate program briefings. Support responses to Congressional inquiries and other high-level information requests. Manage and organize PMA files, briefings, and Requests for Information. Prepare and maintain PMA office notes. Prepare and maintain Continuity of Operations Plans. Prepare and maintain Emergency Action Plans and other required directives. Apply Government-established documentation, change-control, and data-management processes. Coordinate activities among Government, military, contractor, and program stakeholders. Provide senior-level analytical and program-management support to PMA leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS). At least ten (10) years of relevant experience. Minimum seven (7) years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise. Demonstrated experience leading or managing teams. Strong program-management, analytical, organizational, and written-communication skills. Ability to manage competing requirements and high-visibility deliverables. Desired Qualifications Experience leading and managing teams. Military experience. NAVAIR or Naval Aviation program-office experience. Experience supporting senior Government leadership. Experience coordinating Congressional inquiries, executive taskers, RFIs, or similar high-visibility products. Security Clearance Active Secret clearance required. Benefits We Have to
