Position Overview The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role assists with project documentation, cost tracking, scheduling coordination, and communication with subcontractors and project stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining DELCO quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Manager with daily project coordination and administrative responsibilities. Support management of project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking. Assist with subcontractor buyout and contract administration. Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and design partners. Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting documentation. Support procurement activities and material tracking. Assist with project closeout including punch lists and final documentation. Maintain organized project records and ensure timely documentation flow. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 13 years of construction experience or internship experience preferred. Exposure to multifamily woodframe construction projects preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment. Ability to walk active construction sites and navigate uneven terrain. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Combination of office and fieldbased work environments.
