EXCEL IN DATA MANAGEMENT
Transform field data into precise boundary surveys, loan surveys, plot plans, and as-builts Leverage AutoCAD expertise to create exceptional deliverables Turn complex research into client-winning results
DRIVE TEAM SUCCESS
Schedule and coordinate multiple survey crews for optimal efficiency Connect engineers, technical staff, and field teams seamlessly Ensure every project meets deadlines and exceeds client expectations
MANAGE OPERATIONS
Maintain equipment that performs when it counts Handle budgets, billing, and timesheets with precision Provide technical guidance and support to field crews
WHAT SETS YOU APART
THE
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of proven land development surveying experience ✓ North Carolina PLS or SI certification (essential requirement) ✓ Valid NC driver's license ✓ AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica proficiency ✓ Microsoft Office Suite expertise ✓ Strong communication and leadership skills ✓ Exceptional problem-solving abilities ✓ Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy ✓
