This role acts as a central coordination point between customers, internal project managers, sales, vendors, and accounting teams to ensure installations are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication throughout the process. The ideal candidate is highly proficient with computers and office software, communicates professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, and is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. While prior experience in the physical security industry is preferred, it is not required. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Order installation materials including cameras, access control hardware (card readers, controllers), locks, cabling, and related components Coordinate installation dates and logistics with customers, internal project managers, and sales teams Track and communicate job progress updates to customers as requested Learn and utilize the company's physical security web platform to: Create and manage customer sites Configure users, credentials, and access levels Manage camera licensing information Build and maintain custom dashboards Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to support billing based on installation progress Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment related to material ordering Maintain and update installation project schedules for all company projects using Microsoft Project Ensure accurate documentation and organization of project records Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as needed to support operations and project success Required Qualifications Associate's degree required plus a minimum of 5 years of workplace experience Strong preference for candidates with a 4‑year degree Excellent computer skills, including: Microsoft Project Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) Professional verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively Must be eligible to obtain a security license Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the physical security, low‑voltage, or electronic systems industry Prior experience coordinating field installations or technical projects Familiarity with access control systems, video surveillance platforms, or related technologies What We Offer Stable, full‑time position with standard working hours Opportunity to learn and grow within the physical security industry Collaborative team environment with exposure to all aspects of installation projects
