Your Role:
Project Manager As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service while their properties are restored efficiently and effectively. You'll oversee multiple restoration and reconstruction projects, working closely with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to deliver top-quality results on time and within budget.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and manage multiple restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. Develop and track project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability. Coordinate and hire subcontractors and vendors, keeping projects on schedule. Order materials and ensure all work is completed with high-quality craftsmanship. Provide clear, proactive communication with clients and insurance representatives. Ensure all projects meet local codes, permits, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation and update project management software. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their trust and satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and work-in-progress reviews to track project success.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in construction project management. Strong organizational & leadership skills to effectively manage multiple projects. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills to navigate challenges. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with insurance restoration processes (preferred but not required). Ready to Make a Difference?
