Job Description
This Opportunity WSP is seeking a SUE Project Manager IV located at our Mooresville or Charlotte, NC offices and manage larger, more complex, or higher-risk subsurface utility engineering projects, with stronger ownership of project delivery, financial performance, client communication, risk management, and quality. Your Impact Manage complex or high-priority SUE projects from planning through closeout Own project scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, and delivery performance Lead coordination across field, CAD, survey, operations, client, and project teams Manage client communication, expectations, scope changes, and project issue resolution Monitor financial performance, schedule impacts, quality concerns, and delivery risks Review deliverables for technical quality, completeness, consistency, and client requirements Mentor developing project managers and support consistent project delivery practices Who You Are Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 to 7 years of SUE, surveying, project management, or related project delivery experience Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client expectations Strong understanding of SUE project delivery, field operations, CAD deliverables, and quality requirements Ability to mentor developing project managers and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams #LI-AC2
