In this Pharmaceutical Project Manager opportunity based in Raleigh, NC, you'll partner across engineering, inside sales, manufacturing, and operations to deliver compliant, customer-focused outcomes. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Pharmaceutical Project Manager position include: 7+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or highly regulated industries. Develop comprehensive quote and bid packages for pharmaceutical ergonomic projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with RFQ requirements. Manage pharmaceutical projects from award through closeout, including schedule, budget, and deliverables. Serve as primary liaison between Schmalz teams and pharmaceutical customers, managing risk, health, and corrective actions. Build and document pharmaceutical PM processes, templates, and best practices, including KPIs and lessons learned. Maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers aligned with pharmaceutical industry standards and requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and international colleagues while representing the company professionally in high-visibility situations. Travel approximately 15% and hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Salary:
$110K-$150K per year, commensurate with experience.
