• $130,000 per year Job Details
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and supervisors on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Manage project P&L for optimal results and handle project buy-out, assigning the right subcontractors Oversee quality assurance and controls, and participate in weekly and monthly job site safety walks Manage project files in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and provide monthly client billing Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or accounting Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction project management Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera software Familiarity with Touch Plan or similar tasking software A bit about us:•We are a growing construction company headquartered in Cary, North Carolina, with additional offices in Florida and Puerto Rico.
