Job Description
+ Managing the implementation of small to medium projects.
+ Provides overall leadership and support to project team members.
+ Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
+ Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.
+ Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders, and with Finance and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures.
+ Manages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly.
+ Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
+ Plans the overall project and monitors the progress and performs Daily project management throughout the project's life cycle.
+ Manages the projects budget and financial performance.
+ Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
+ Manages and utilizes resources.
+ Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the business change manager.
+ Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
+ Performs other duties as directed. SKILLS
+ Strong project management and team leadership skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sponsor reporting and escalation experience.
+ Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Strong facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
+ Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
+ Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
+ Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).
+ In depth understanding of project management concepts.
EXPERIENCE
+ More than four years of project management experience.
+ Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.).
EDUCATION
+ Bachelors' degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field PMP, Prince 2 and/or Agile certification (preferred but not required).

The estimated salary range for this position is $XX- $XX and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of X% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
