Project/Program Manager/State Health Plan Operations

Job Overview The North Carolina State Health Plan (Plan) is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project/Program Manager to lead and optimize Plan initiatives. This pivotal role involves managing complex projects and programs supporting health plan administration, network operations and vendor management. The ideal candidate must have health plan and network operations program management experience along with strong project management skills. Duties Provide program management for the Plan's network operations which include provider maintenance and data management expertise. Serve as the project manager for new contract implementations and ongoing projects. As part of this work, this position will work with other Plan staff to develop BRDs, Implementation Plans and other contract documents; therefore, this position will need to have both project management and healthcare operations, EDI, enrollment and health plan data integration experience. Track and report on all Plan initiatives and projects

Pay:

$64,733.55 - $110,000.00 per year
