Job Description

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help drive project success from inception through completion, contributing to our commitment to excellence. Duties Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to keep projects on track Coordinate communication among team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflows Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and updating tracking systems using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure timely resolutions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally at the front desk or via multi-line phone systems Support office management activities including filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support interactions Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse teams and clients Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and document organization Previous experience in customer service or medical/dental receptionist roles is a plus Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Assistant Project Manager where your enthusiasm for organization and teamwork will propel projects forward while supporting our mission of delivering outstanding results. Pay:
$50,261.61 - $60,530.11 per year
