Healthcare Interiors Location:
Wendell, NC Salary:
$120,000-$140,000 base + vehicle + bonus Exciting opportunity to join a well-established, mid-sized General Contractor offering a genuine family-feel culture and excellent opportunities for long-term career development. The Project Manager will join an established healthcare division, overseeing interior renovation projects within hospitals, labs and other occupied healthcare environments. Projects typically range from $500K-$3M and are located throughout the Triangle region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from preconstruction through construction and final closeout Oversee healthcare interior renovations, including work within occupied acute care facilities Perform constructability reviews and project risk assessments as required Manage project financials, pay applications and associated documentation Work closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients and other project stakeholders Maintain a strong focus on quality, schedule and overall client experience Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards Collaborate daily with Superintendents and field staff to ensure successful project delivery The company takes great pride in the culture they've built, creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported and genuinely enjoy coming to work. Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000-$140,000 base salary Company-provided vehicle, including fuel and maintenance Performance-based annual bonus 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision coverage for the employee Employer-paid short-term disability and life insurance 3 weeks PTO (15 days) 3 sick days + 8 paid holidays 401(k) with 4% employer contribution, 100% vested after enrollment $100/month cell phone reimbursement
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor Proven experience delivering healthcare interior projects, including hospitals and/or labs Collaborative team player who enjoys working within a close-knit, family-oriented environment INDH
