OVERVIEW
We are looking for a seasoned, award-winning marketing leader to drive our retail and brand marketing strategy across major mass-market and online retailers. In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing presence across accounts such as Walmart, Amazon, and beyond on digital storefronts. You'll be a key voice in cross-functional strategy, leading a team of content and paid media specialists while collaborating closely with sales and product development to fuel growth and expand brand presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and lead multi-channel retail marketing strategies across major mass-market accounts digital storefronts. Oversee brand presence and content strategy on major retail dot-com platforms — including product content, digital aisles, storefront design, and discoverability optimization. Manage and optimize marketing budgets exceeding $5M across paid social, digital retail advertising, and operating expenses. Lead Shopper Marketing programs to support new brand representation on major online retail partners. Partner with sales to develop and execute retail promotions, including buyer pitch strategy, planning with retail media teams (e.g., Amazon and Walmart). Manage cross-channel brand support for retail partners spanning email, social media, PR, and influencer programs. Oversee and direct content and paid ads teams, ensuring strategies align with retailer growth priorities. Lead the identification and launch of emerging social commerce platforms, including live shopping channels (Amazon Live, TikTok Shop, etc.). Support product development with market insights, competitive intelligence, and data analytics to identify white space and growth opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of marketing experience, with substantial focus on CPG and mass-market retail (Walmart, Target, Amazon, and similar accounts). Demonstrated success driving measurable digital market share growth on retail platforms. Experience managing large marketing budgets ($5M+) and leading cross-functional teams and agency partners. Deep familiarity with retail media ecosystems, digital shelf strategy, and shopper marketing programs. Hands-on experience with social commerce platforms and live shopping (TikTok Shop, Amazon Live). Strong analytical mindset with experience using syndicated data tools. Excellent communicator and collaborator — comfortable leading pitches and executive presentations. Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and brand partnership development. Background in DTC/e-commerce marketing is a strong plus.
