Top 300 ENR GC headquartered in the Triad About Our Client Our client is a top contractor, not only in the Carolinas, but also the entire country! They are a Top 300 ENR GC that has been building in the Carolinas since the late 1970's. They have won numerous awards for their projects and have developed great relationships with clients and subs in the markets they serve. They build schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and industrial buildings such as warehouses and distribution centers, typically in the range of $10-60M. There has been a significant amount of growth in the Winston-Salem market and they are currently looking to add to their team.   • Triad should have: 5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc.

  • Triad will receive: Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $90,000
  • 140,000 Discretionary bonuses Vehicle allowance provided Cell and laptop offered PTO and sick days 401K match Pipeline of projects local to Winston-Salem
