- Triad should have: 5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc.

- Triad will receive: Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $90,000
- 140,000 Discretionary bonuses Vehicle allowance provided Cell and laptop offered PTO and sick days 401K match Pipeline of projects local to Winston-Salem
