Description of Position Duties include, but are not limited to: Developing timelines and schedules and overseeing progress to ensure that project goals are met on time. Assisting in tracking expenses to ensure that projects remain within budget. Documenting and following up on actions and decisions made during project meetings and briefings. Assisting in assessing project risks and issues and offering solutions. Providing customer service, including answering phones, contacting customers during projects, and ensuring that the needs of each customer are met in a timely and thorough manner.

The successful Project Manager will:

Be able to work under tight deadlines, often in a fast-paced environment. Be competent in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel. Have excellent organizational and communication skills. Possess the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Provide top-notch customer service. Have an enthusiastic and unflappable disposition. A bachelor's degree or at least three years of relevant experience, as well as experience working with databases, is a plus.
