Job Description
About Us We're a house renovation company serving the Triad area of North Carolina. We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to keep our renovation projects running smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do Oversee residential renovation projects from planning through completion Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and timelines Walk job sites regularly to monitor progress and catch issues early Troubleshoot and resolve small problems on-site without always needing to call in outside help Communicate with homeowners, crews, and vendors to keep projects on track and on budget Ensure work meets quality and safety standards What We're Looking For A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged Someone who's genuinely handy — comfortable solving minor issues on-site themselves Strong organizational and communication skills Prior experience managing renovation, construction, or contracting projects preferred Valid driver's license (company car provided for work use) Bonus Points For Plumbing experience Electrical experience HVAC experience Compensation & Benefits $60,000/year base salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Company vehicle provided
