Position Overview McGough is seeking project management professionals to support our National Travel - Advanced Technology team delivering complex data center and mission-critical projects across the country. This is a multi-level requisition for Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager opportunities. The appropriate level will be determined during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, demonstrated capabilities, and project needs, and will be disclosed at the time of offer. Depending on level, this role will support, manage, or lead projects from pursuit and preconstruction through construction, commissioning, closeout, and turnover. Responsibilities increase in scope, independence, and leadership by level-from managing portions of a project to overall responsibility for large and/or multiple complex projects. All levels are responsible for building strong relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, commissioning partners, and suppliers while supporting McGough's commitment to safety, quality, operational excellence, and the McGough Way. Qualifications Required Assistant Project Manager Construction Management or related degree
2+ years of related construction experience
Experience with estimating and self-perform construction Project Manager Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5+ years of related construction experience
Experience with estimating, scheduling, and self-perform construction
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with owners, design teams, and subcontractors Senior Project Manager Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of relevant construction experience, including mission-critical, industrial, data center, or large-scale commercial construction
Experience leading large, complex projects and project teams
Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, self-perform construction, and MEP-intensive scopes All Levels Strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and applicable project management platforms Preferred Data center or mission-critical construction experience
Field and self-perform experience
CPM scheduling, pull planning, and/or Last Planner experience
MEP and long-lead equipment coordination
Commissioning, integrated testing, and turnover experience Office & Travel This position supports McGough's National Travel - Advanced Technology business and may be assigned to projects throughout the United States with your desired location taken into consideration. Current and upcoming projects in ND, TX and NC.
