This individual will play an important role in helping lead projects from initial walkthrough through planning, execution, closeout, and customer communication, while supporting the continued growth of the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance field coordination, project planning, budgeting, communication, and problem solving in a fast-paced industrial and mechanical environment. The right candidate will be a team player who works well with clients, plant management, field personnel, and company leadership. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Estimating Support Walk through insulation and scaffold projects to support future bidding and planning Define project scope, goals, objectives, timelines, and required resources Help assess project needs, site conditions, labor requirements, and execution strategy Project Execution & Oversight Organize projects by structuring work, allocating responsibilities, and establishing communication channels Oversee day-to-day project activities and monitor progress against timelines and expectations Manage risks, adjust plans as needed, and help keep projects moving efficiently Ensure projects are executed safely, effectively, and in alignment with company standards Cost Control, Quality & Closeout Track project costs and help ensure work stays within budget Monitor quality standards and make adjustments when needed to maintain performance Support project closeout by documenting outcomes and evaluating job performance Communication & Problem Solving Communicate regularly with clients, plant management, and internal team members to ensure alignment Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle Serve as a reliable point of coordination between the field, customer, and office Qualifications Experience managing insulation and/or scaffold projects Strong understanding of scaffold and insulation work in industrial, mechanical, or construction environments Ability to walk job sites, evaluate project needs, and support bid development Strong leadership and team coordination skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organizational ability Experience tracking budgets and managing project costs Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing environments Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the team Preferred Skills Experience working directly with plant management and industrial clients Familiarity with shutdowns, maintenance work, or industrial turnaround environments Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities at once Strong field-to-office coordination and documentation habits
