Job Description

A regionally recognized mechanical construction and facilities services firm is seeking experienced Mechanical Project Managers to support large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This organization provides full lifecycle mechanical solutions including HVAC, plumbing, controls/building automation, engineering services, and prefabrication support. Projects include healthcare, education, mission-critical facilities, commercial high-rise, and industrial installations. Position Overview The Project Manager is responsible for leading mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, scheduling expertise, and coordination with internal engineering and fabrication teams. Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications Maintain strong client and contractor relationships Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Qualifications 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking Familiarity with project management software platforms Excellent communication and leadership skills What's Offered Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits Clear advancement pathway to Senior PM and beyond Strong company culture focused on long-term careers This is an opportunity to join a stable, nationally respected contractor where project managers are empowered, supported, and invested in the company's long-term success.
