The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall project and may provide oversight to Interns, Project Manager I's, Project Manager II's, and Project Manager III's.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Develop project timelines, schedules, and resource plans. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project goals are achieved. Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables. Identify challenges, resolve issues, and keep projects on track. Provide regular project updates and maintain accurate documentation. Lead project meetings, delegate tasks, and follow up on action items. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and project outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of construction project management experience; or Associate's Degree and 10+ years of construction project management experience; or 10+ years of Commonwealth Electric Construction Management (CECM) project management experience. Critical Requirement ✅ Data Center experience is required - Candidates without Data Center experience will not be considered.
