Project Coordinator (Records and Registration):

This project coordinator position supports academic affairs and records by coordinating dual credit, professional development, and continuing education programs while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and FERPA regulations. It manages student records, academic data entry, course creation, enrollment processes, and reporting within the college's student information system. The position serves as the primary liaison with high schools and external partners, coordinating dual credit offerings, admissions, enrollment, student support, and scholarship reporting. It collaborates with academic departments and regional education partners to develop course schedules and expand educational opportunities. Additionally, the role resolves complex student and program issues, prioritizes work independently, and provides administrative and logistical support to advance departmental and institutional goals.
