Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and siding projects from start to finish. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple jobs while communicating effectively with crews, suppliers, and homeowners. Compensation & Benefits $50,000 annual salary Company vehicle (gas included) Performance-based bonuses Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Key Responsibilities Manage multiple roofing and siding projects simultaneously Schedule jobs and coordinate crews, materials, and deliveries Conduct pre-job walkthroughs and ensure job readiness Oversee job progress and ensure quality workmanship Communicate with homeowners throughout the project Handle any issues or change orders that arise on-site Ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope Perform final walkthroughs and close out projects Maintain job documentation, photos, and updates in CRM Qualifications Experience in construction, roofing, siding, or related field preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects at once Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, scheduling tools, etc.) What We're Looking For A team player who takes ownership of their projects Someone who values quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction A professional who can represent the company well on job sites
