Job Summary As a Project Manager, you will own the delivery of Salesforce, PSA, and agentic solution implementations for Solvit's clients, who are professional services firms. Engagements range from Kantata SX and Certinia PS Cloud implementations to deployments of agentic solutions: Agentforce and Claude-based agents in client orgs, and Solvit's own agentic products. You will be accountable for the scope, schedule, budget, margin, and risk on every assigned engagement. You will run the project team (Solvit consultants and subcontractors), and you are the client's primary point of contact for delivery. This is a pure project management role: solution design, requirements analysis, and pre-sales are owned by others. Project management at Solvit is a partially billed service, and the PM's time on client engagements is billed. This is a full-time, salaried role reporting to the VP of Operations. To support a strong onboarding experience, the first 30 days are onsite five days per week. After that, the role offers a hybrid schedule with at least two days per week in Solvit's Dover, NH office, remote work on the remaining days, and occasional travel to client sites. Job Duties Engagement delivery Plan, launch, and run Salesforce and PSA (Kantata SX, Certinia PS Cloud) implementation, migration, and enhancement engagements from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Manage implementations of agentic solutions, both Agentforce and Claude-based agents deployed in client orgs and Solvit's own agentic products, including the delivery patterns that differ from conventional configuration work: iterative evaluation cycles, guardrail and permission reviews, adoption measurement, and post-go-live support of the deployed agents. Manage each engagement to its contracted scope, budget, and timeline; own the change-request process when scope moves. Maintain the project plan, schedule, and resource plan in Solvit's PSA; keep forecasts current. Track budget burn, margin, and billed hours against the SOW; flag variances early and with a recommendation. Run status cadence with client stakeholders and Solvit leadership: status reports, steering meetings, RAID log. Own project financials end to end: time-entry completeness and approval, milestone and invoice readiness, PO tracking. Ensure deliverables and documentation are complete, reviewed, and stored where the client and Solvit can find them. Team and subcontractor management Lead assigned Solvit consultants and developers; set priorities, clear blockers,hold the team to the plan. Engage, onboard, and manage subcontracting firms and independent contractors: statements of work, deliverable acceptance, timesheet and invoice review. Client relationship Serve as the client's primary delivery contact; set expectations, manage escalations, keep the sponsor informed, aligned and prepared. Facilitate client decisions on priorities, trade-offs, and go-live readiness. Run adoption and transition planning so the client's PS operations team owns the system after go-live. Practice Apply and improve Solvit's delivery methodology, templates, and tooling; manage engagement work in Jira and keep engagement documentation in Confluence. Use Solvit's AI-assisted delivery tool for planning, status reporting, and risk tracking, and help the practice put agentic tools to work responsibly. Contribute lessons learned and estimate actuals back to the practice so future scoping improves. Required qualifications 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects as the accountable project manager. Experience delivering for, or working inside, a professional services business: you understand resourcing, time and expense, project accounting, utilization, and margin as operating realities. Experience delivering or managing at least one agentic or AI solution implementation (Agentforce, Claude-based agents, or comparable), with Claude experience preferred.

Demonstrated ownership of project financials:

budget, burn, forecast, margin, change control. Experience managing subcontracting firms and independent contractors on client engagements. Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery; able to select the right method for the engagement. Experience with data migrations into Salesforce as a managed workstream.

Systems and tools:

proficient with Jira (required; Solvit's ticket and work management system) and Confluence; comfortable working in a Windows / Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel). Excellent written and spoken communication; can run a steering meeting with a client executive and a working session with a developer in the same afternoon. Comfortable running several engagements at different lifecycle stages at once. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Candidates must be free from any employment restrictions, such as a non-compete agreement, that would prevent them from performing the responsibilities of this role. Successful completion of a background check. Preferred qualifications Multiple agentic or AI solution implementations managed through go-live and into production support, including at least one Claude-based deployment. PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster. Salesforce Administrator or other current Salesforce certification. Hands-on experience delivering a PSA implementation: Kantata SX, Certinia PS Cloud (a plus), or comparable. Experience using a PSA to run your own projects. Familiarity with quote-to-cash on Salesforce (CPQ or PSQuote).
