Job Description
The Project Director I will support the PoWER research group's "Living and Working with Long COVID and Disabilities" grant, funded by the Administration for Community Living. Reporting to Dr. Vidya Sundar, Chair and Professor of Occupational Therapy, this 0.75 FTE role involves collaborating with faculty, graduate students, and community partners on data collection, analysis, grant management, and dissemination. The position contributes to advancing disability and rehabilitation research and practice, and may offer a hybrid work arrangement. Please be advised that this position is supported by external sponsor funding. As such, continued employment in this role is contingent upon the availability of those external funds. If, for any reason, the sponsor funding is reduced or discontinued, employment may be subject to modification or termination in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Duties/Responsibilities Assist with drafting deliverables and technical reports to sponsor. Work with UNH Institutional Review Board (IRB) to submit proposals for review. Contribute to designing experiments, collecting data, creating surveys; extracting, collating, and analyzing data; and preparing reports for the advisory board, funding agency, stakeholders, etc. Track the progress of implementing the programming and research plan as described in the grant. Manage day-to-day operations of the project. Coordinate with other team members including graduate or undergraduate students. Oversee scheduling and assist with setting recurring meetings, convening advisory boards etc. Asist with preparing manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications.
