Job Description

The Principal Program Manager manages the overall execution of the project and coordination of the project team by communicating with stakeholders, managing project reporting on deliverables, supporting project delivery and aligning with the company's overall goals.
Experience:
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (14) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (8) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree. OR (5) years of experience may be considered w/ a PhD. Establish effective project or program oversight and other governance bodies, and engage the appropriate stakeholders to support the direction of the project or program, and enable a superior customer experience Develop complex project plans to support successful project delivery Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget Engage project stakeholders and communicate project updates to ensure buy-in and project success Manage expectations of all project stakeholders, at all levels, from the project team to the project executives Manage multiple projects, project resources, and project governance Manage project resources, including procuring, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising project staff Mentor, coach, and assist in directing the work of several project managers and team members, each responsible for an element of the project and its associated project team
