Job Description The Project Manager - $30M+ Commercial Projects will: Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications. Lead ground-up and renovation projects across a variety of commercial sectors. Coordinate design-build project delivery and drive successful project execution. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance. Collaborate directly with company leadership on key project initiatives. Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain project documentation and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - $30M+ Commercial Projects should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Proven success managing projects valued at $5M or greater. Experience leading projects independently from start to finish. Background in commercial, multifamily, retail, municipal, educational, industrial, or similar project types. Design-build experience preferred. Proficiency with Procore. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to commute to the Hudson, NH area and travel to project sites as needed.
