Job Description Steelman Production Services , Inc. is hiring an experienced full-time Project Coordinator to join our team in Keene, NH. This position is responsible for organizing and managing company projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal team members to ensure clear communication. Track project progress and assist in the management of any issues that arise. Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports. Assist in managing project resources and monitoring budgets. Ensure that all project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related administrative role. Must have strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Requires excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is an advantage. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary :
$95,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
