Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company Project Manager — Job Description, Qualifications & Requirements Trumbull-Nelson is an award-winning construction management company headquartered in Lebanon, NH, with over 100 years in business. We specialize in schools, healthcare, industrial, retail, commercial, utility, multifamily, and high-end residential projects. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Our success over the decades comes down to the strength of our people, and we're seeking someone who embodies that same standard of excellence. In this role, you'll manage assigned construction projects and be accountable for meeting the company's goals for profitability, quality, schedule, and scope—through effective coordination of personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment. Essential Duties & Requirements To succeed in this role, you should bring: Expert knowledge of construction industry practices, including labor, equipment, and materials management, along with approved construction methods and code compliance Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management, clients, employees, and the range of personalities encountered on a job site A self-starting, take-charge approach, paired with strong interpersonal skills and a talent for creative, practical problem-solving The ability to motivate, train, and monitor employees and subcontractors, ensuring company standards are consistently met Skill in delegating responsibility, objectively evaluating performance, driving customer satisfaction, and holding others accountable constructively Education BS or BA in a construction-related or engineering field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience Minimum of five years in the construction industry, including at least three years in a project management role.
