Job Overview We are actively seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager specializing in Residential Exteriors (Roofing, Siding) to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing residential exterior renovation and installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction project management, with a focus on exterior building systems such as siding, roofing, windows, and related components. Your leadership will be instrumental in coordinating teams, managing client expectations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive projects forward with precision and professionalism while contributing to the enhancement of residential properties. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of home exterior projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure compliance with project specifications Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and quality standards; conduct regular site inspections. Track project progress through detailed reports; proactively address delays or issues that arise Experience Proven experience in construction project management within residential exterior projects.. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills coupled with effective communication abilities across diverse teams. Prior hands-on experience working on home enovations, combined with strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
