Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Millwork Project Manager to manage a portion of our commercial sector.

This role will primarily be responsible for managing the day-to-day of a high-range of commercial work that can be at various stages in the completion pipeline.

The scope of our work includes kitchens, bathrooms, commercial offices, schools, medical facilities and car dealerships for major brands and top-tier organizations. We take great pride in our quality, craftsmanship and professionalism and are always open and welcoming to new talent to join either our workshop or our office staff.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Managing commercial construction projects from bid preparation through job completionWorking with on-site project team members including our in-house drafter, purchaser, shop foreman and general managerProviding a high-level of service to a wide range of clients including; sub-contractors, project and operations manager, foreman and suppliersEnsuring all projects are of high-quality, delivered in a timely matter and all client needs are met within appropriate scope and project budget
Requriments:
3+ years experience as a Project Manager at an construction, architectural or ideally, woodworking businessSpecialized experience in understanding complex architectural plansHighly ethical and moral business practicesStrong organizational skillsStrong communication skills
