$100,000-$110,000 annually; potentially up to $120,000 depending on experienceEmployment Type:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; working Fridays, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple installation and upgrade projects involving advanced checkpoint security-screening systems deployed at airports and other facilities worldwide. The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through installation, testing, customer acceptance, and closeout. This position requires strong customer communication, schedule and cost management, and the ability to coordinate internal departments, stakeholders, general contractors, subcontractors, and installation teams.Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple equipment installation and upgrade projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project. Manage project scope, timing, costs, risks, deliverables, and customer expectations. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, shipping, installation, testing, and customer-acceptance activities. Work directly with customers, airport stakeholders, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor site readiness, equipment delivery, installation progress, milestones, and project risks. Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates to customers and leadership. Resolve scheduling, technical, logistical, and customer-service issues. Support projects at airport and facility locations throughout the United States and internationally. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to contractual requirements.Required Qualifications:
3-8 years of project-management experience. Experience managing equipment installations, system upgrades, construction, commissioning, or similarly complex field projects. Strong Microsoft Project scheduling skills. Experience managing project integration, schedules, costs, risks, and customer deliverables. Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Experience coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams. Ability to manage several projects and changing priorities simultaneously. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as projects require. Ability to work onsite in Salem, NH. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to pass a drug test and background check.Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification. Federal government contract experience. Airport, aviation, TSA, security-screening, baggage-handling, or checkpoint-system experience. Experience with equipment shipping, rigging, installation, testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
