Your expertise in project management methodologies, including HazMat and Tank Cleaning, will empower you to lead cross-functional teams through the project management lifecycle. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your leadership will foster collaboration and innovation, making a significant difference in our operational success. What you'll do Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Utilize change management strategies to navigate project transitions smoothly. Implement quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet organizational standards. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve project challenges effectively. Safety Culture and awareness is imperative! Manage project schedules. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. Basic qualifications Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of PMBOK guidelines. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. OSHA Confined Space background is a must HazMat response Tank Cleaning Vac Truck Operations Preferred qualifications Experience with program portfolio management and budgeting processes. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development life cycles (SDLC). Proficiency in data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
