Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Perform complex asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, and environmental surveys, assessments, data analysis, and technical reporting Coordinate and supervise abatement monitoring and field activities, including project walk-throughs, pre-project setup, documentation, and construction progress Manage multiple projects, including schedules, budgets, permits, estimates, technical scopes, and regulatory compliance Serve as a technical resource for clients and project teams while leading, mentoring, and providing direction to junior staff

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of relevant project experience involving asbestos, lead paint, indoor air quality investigations, assessments, or related environment services Experience with project design and asbestos abatement oversight Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm Ability to travel locally

Preferred Skills & Experience:

EPA and/or New Jersey asbestos certifications are preferred New York environment, asbestos, mold, and lead certifications are preferred
