4 days/ month on site in Bordentown, NJ The IT Project Manager will lead large‑scale ERP implementations with a strong focus on procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay systems. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and post‑implementation support across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation projects, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Manage procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay system implementations and enhancements
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis with business partners
- Oversee system integrations between ERP, procurement, and downstream systems
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Track project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage change management, communication plans, and user readiness activities
- Support testing phases including system, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure adherence to enterprise project governance, controls, and documentation standards Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT project management experience
- Proven experience leading large ERP implementations
- Hands‑on experience with procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay systems
- Strong understanding of ERP modules related to finance, procurement, and supply chain
- Experience managing system integrators and third‑party vendors
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong risk management, planning, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba or similar platforms
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications
