PROJECT CONTROLS ANALYST
Summary:

As a Project Controls Analyst, you will maintain multiple projects financial data, forecast financial risks, interact with the engineering design teams, as well as various project services departments and provide checks and balances throughout the life cycle of the projects. The salary range is $90,000.00 - $125,000.00.

Prepare and maintain weekly cost forecast reports (ETC/EAC- Estimates to and at completion) Monitoring project commitments, incurred and actual costs Perform cost variance analysis Assist with development, evolution and standardization of documents / procedures company wide Earned value management reporting Supporting operations with estimated organization and cost budget development Performing other duties as required or assigned, including various project reporting.
Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
Associates or Bachelors in Finance or Accounting with 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years of related experience Construction industry experience preferred Ability to read, analyze and interpret job costs and overall general accounting. Ability to effectively present information to other managers including project managers and staff in regard to project controls, processes and procedures Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to professionally communicate using both verbal and written skills Excellent interpersonal skills combined with best in practice customer service attitude Comfortable taking leadership role and ability to effectively influence others Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in fast paced environment Must have a collaborative, friendly, and accommodating personality to service our internal customers Must be able to handle all personnel issues / documentation in a confidential manner Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Attention to detail and follow-up is a must Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
