Clifton, New Jersey What's the Job? Provide construction management, architectural design, and code compliance support within the Facilities Management group. Coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to meet program requirements. Manage all project phases including evaluation, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, design oversight, construction management, and project closeout. Support projects such as building renovations, infrastructure improvements, equipment installations, and site work to support business growth. Utilize business operating systems to deliver continuous improvement, process efficiencies, and cost savings. What's Needed? Experience in facilitating design and project execution of architectural, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong project management skills with the ability to partner effectively with contractors, vendors, and team members. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations including OSHA, ADA, NFPA, NEC, EPA, and local building codes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Estimating software.
