Operating in Elizabeth, New Jersey, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality custom fabrication, installation, and project execution for some of the nation's most recognizable brands and businesses.
Job Description Project Management:
Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from project kickoff to final completion and closeout.
Team Leadership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Schedule Management:
Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Documentation:
Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
Safety Compliance:
Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Quality Control:
Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction, millwork, architectural fabrication, commercial interiors, casework, or a related industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of project scheduling, construction documentation, shop drawings, and installation coordination. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and project stakeholders. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. Experience working closely with manufacturing, construction, or field installation teams is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
