Job Description
Hill International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and provide owner's representative oversight for complex transportation infrastructure projects throughout Central New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the construction of major highway, bridge, and marine projects, including multi-span river crossings, design-build delivery, phased construction, and federally funded transportation initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PE license in NJ and PA (or ability to obtain reciprocity) required. PMP and/or CCM certification preferred 20+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale transportation, highway, bridge, marine, and heavy civil infrastructure projects, including experience with public-sector agencies and design-build project delivery Strong knowledge of FHWA requirements, multi-agency funding, federally funded projects, construction means and methods, project controls, scheduling, risk management, contract administration, and compliance oversight Demonstrated experience managing complex bridge and river crossing projects, including tied-arch bridge construction, marine operations, deep foundations, heavy lifts, environmental & demolition compliance, utility coordination, and maintenance-of-traffic operations Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets, schedules, cost controls, change orders, funding programs, stakeholder coordination, environmental compliance, claims resolution, and project reporting Familiarity with PTC, Penn
