Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead major manufacturing transformation projects across a global organization, focusing on North and South America. Our team is dedicated to ensuring seamless execution and business continuity, driving successful outcomes in complex and highly cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, complex manufacturing projects, developing and maintaining integrated project plans. Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, executive reviews, and cross-functional operating forums. Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, IT, HR, and Commercial to ensure readiness and maintain commitments throughout transitions. Build and manage project budgets, actively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure lessons learned are applied to reduce execution risk across programs.
Required:
PMP certification is mandatory. Strong financial acumen with experience in managing program budgets, business case assumptions, and savings realization. Deep experience managing and successfully delivering high stakes manufacturing projects in multinational environments. Engineering degree preferred; Bilingual Spanish and/or MBA is a plus.
