Job Description:
We are seeking a UX Project Manager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver complex user experience and digital product initiatives. This role will partner closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure design projects move efficiently from discovery through implementation.

Partner with UX, Product, Engineering, Research, and business teams to establish goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and status reporting. Coordinate design reviews, stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and project milestones. Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while keeping deliverables on track. Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies and develop solutions with project teams. Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and provide clear project visibility. Support UX teams in managing design deliverables, requirements, feedback, approvals, and development handoffs. Improve project management processes, tools, and workflows for UX and product design teams. Provide project updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning. Qualifications 5+ years of project or program management experience , preferably supporting UX, product design, digital product, or technology teams. Experience managing UX/design projects within complex enterprise organizations . Strong understanding of the UX/product development lifecycle. Experience working with Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and business stakeholders . Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies . Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma/FigJam, Smartsheet, or similar platforms . Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing mobile, web, or customer-facing digital experiences. Familiarity with UX research, design systems, accessibility, and product design processes. Experience managing multiple workstreams or product teams. Experience creating executive-level project updates and presentations. PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
