- Lead projects through all phases of delivery - preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
- Drive constructability reviews, logistics planning, and execution strategy
- Partner closely with superintendents to maintain project efficiency and site performance
- Oversee contract administration, change management, and financial reporting
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently achieved

- 10+ years of project management experience within industrial construction
- Manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, or cold storage project experience required
- Proven success managing projects exceeding $10M+
- Strong design-build and preconstruction experience
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and field coordination
- Ability to lead technically complex, fast-track construction projects
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar platforms
