Project Manager Jr#26-09851 Mays Landing, NJ All On-site Job Description A Project Manager Jr. assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a senior project manager. They play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinating project activities and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule. Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks. Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status. Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations. Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and processes. Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets. Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes. Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors. Project Managers Jr. should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be proficient in project management software and tools. PMP Required for all Project Management roles
