Job Description

Radius Systems provides Building Automation, Security, and Lighting services to facilities in Eastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and Delaware. Since 2006, we've helped our partners reduce energy and costs, simplify and unify HVAC controls through open protocol facility systems, and increase occupant comfort through highly responsive support and unparalleled technical expertise. Radius Systems is a full-service provider of Security Systems, HVAC and Lighting Control Systems, and Indoor Environmental Quality systems and services in the Mid-Atlantic region. The project manager will perform project management duties related to the construction of Building Automation Systems (BAS) for the control of HVAC, Security, and Lighting in commercial buildings. We design and build BAS for hospitals, college campuses, manufacturing plants, military sites, data centers, and more. Duties include assisting and learning from Senior Project Managers all aspects of project management - subcontractor procurement/management, resource allocation, scheduling, billing, forecasting, client interface, financial performance, and project closeout.
Qualifications/Skills:
B.S. in Engineering or Project Management Previous experience in Project Management for new/renovation construction required Strong project management skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Previous construction experience
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
