In this role, you will coordinate project activities, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with industry standards and codes. Your proactive approach will help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your project management skills while working alongside a talented team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Assist with planning, budget and scope development, vendor procurement, design management, and project closeout Coordinate with architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors,and sub-contractors on project shop drawings and 3-D renderings. Coordinate with drafters, and engineers to ensure shop drawings and designs meetclient specifications. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, monitoring project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints. Conduct code analysis and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards and requirements. Assist with procurements, including preparation of Request for Proposals/Request for Bids and contract documents, coordination of the evaluation process, and strategy implementation for more efficient solicitations. Review and update shop drawings to meet client needs, as required. Skills Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of electrical systems design, construction scheduling, and blueprint reading. Experience with construction estimating, cost management, and contract administration. Ability to manage large-scale electrical projects from inception through completion while maintaining schedule integrity. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments. Effective team leadership capabilities with a focus on collaboration across multidisciplinary teams involved in electrical construction projects.
