This role requires strong leadership, construction expertise, and experience managing large-scale renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial solar EPC projects from preconstruction to completion Manage field execution, mobilization, construction, inspections, and closeout Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction plans Coordinate with subcontractors, procurement, engineering, and field teams Monitor project budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost controls Conduct site visits and lead construction meetings Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, customer requirements, and safety standards Oversee final inspections, documentation, and project turnover

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of commercial solar EPC project management experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field logistics OSHA 30 certification required Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Office 365 Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience managing projects valued at $5M+ Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
