Summary of Responsibilities:

Haas Media is seeking a highly motivated BIM Specialist to support a large-scale institutional construction management program in partnership with a leading engineering and construction consulting firm. This role will support complex capital construction projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams involved in design, construction, coordination, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical BIM expertise, leadership skills, and experience supporting large architectural, engineering, and construction initiatives. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate BIM processes across project teams Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and review sessions Support project delivery through BIM technologies and digital collaboration tools Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans Oversee clash detection, model federation, and coordination workflows Ensure BIM models meet QA/QC standards and project requirements Support 4D scheduling, 5D cost integration, and facility management BIM processes where applicable Facilitate collaboration through management of a Common Data Environment (CDE) Produce BIM progress reports, model audits, and related documentation Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM software platforms Mentor junior staff and support BIM training initiatives Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and client representatives Support interoperability workflows Qualifications Strong understanding of construction and design processes Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows and applicable technologies Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment Experience within architecture, engineering, or construction industries Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with BIM software including:

  • Revit
  • Navisworks
  • BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Assemble Experience with design and visualization software such as:
  • Rhino
  • Lumion
  • Twinmotion
  • AutoCAD
  • Unreal Engine
  • Unity Familiarity with Dynamo, Revit API, and Grasshopper is a plus Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 8+ years of relevant BIM and/or 3D modeling experience Progressive experience supporting complex construction or infrastructure projects Expertise with Autodesk software platforms strongly preferred Must be currently located in the United States and authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

This is a full-time, in-person position in New York City; remote work is not available. Strong verbal and written English communication skills required. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and effectively during meetings, presentations, coordination sessions, and day-to-day interactions with clients, consultants, contractors, and project team members.
